Yellow Sweet Clover Honey

Not your common white clover simple honey!  Yellow sweet clover is derived from a different plant entirely (Melilotus officinalis) and yields a much more complex and intense flavor than the common white clover honey.  Sweet and buttery at first taste, followed by warm undertones of cinnamon and nutmeg. Soft and sweet with notes of caramelized custard and a hint of burnt sugar.
